We primarily focus on free (or free to audit) university courses delivered via massive open online course (MOOC) platforms. Whatever you want to learn, there is a course in our catalogue that will most likely meet your requirements.

You can find courses, review courses you've taken (and read other people's reviews), follow universities, subjects, and courses to receive personalised updates, and plan and track your learning through Class Central.

Motivated by the community

Class Central is a virtual company with no physical locations. Our team is made up of students whose lives have been impacted by online education. We have completed nearly 300 online courses and three online degrees between us (including one self-directed degree equivalent). If our names sound familiar, it's because you've read articles we've written or because one of us served as a mentor in a course you took.
